In the following Terms and Conditions; "our", "us" and "we" means the management of Hinckley United Football Club.

1. Despatch of event tickets; Tickets for events will be posted out within 14 days of sale.

2. Refunds policy; No refunds will be issued unless one or more of the situations stated in points 3, 4 or 6 arise and even then, the decision to issue any refunds will be taken solely by us. Any refund made will be the price of the ticket only, and will not include the booking fee or any travel or other expenses.

3. Event Cancellation; This will be at our sole discretion, and only taken as a last resort.

4. Featured Artists; Any bands, groups or entertainment listed are subject to change, but any change would only occur as a last resort.

5. Sale of Tickets; The sale of tickets is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or organisations and we shall not be obliged to provide a reason.

6. Force Majeure; We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform any obligation due to Acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, typhoon, wind storm, snow storm, blizzard, hurricane, or other cause that is outside our control and could not be avoided by the exercise of due care. However, we shall at all times use reasonable efforts to perform all obligations in a timely manner, taking account of the existing circumstances.
