COME along to The Greene King Stadium, to join local residents of Hinckley and raise money for Sport Relief on Sunday March 21st 2010.
Sport Relief 2010 is about one thing - challenge.
We’re asking everyone to challenge their family, their friends, their colleagues – even themselves - to do something sporty and raise cash.
Sport Relief harnesses the power and passion of sport to change lives for the better - giving people the chance to get active, have a great time and help turn someone’s life around while they’re at it!
The cash raised by getting active for Sport Relief is spent by Comic Relief both in the UK and across the world’s poorest countries.
You can walk, jog or run 1,3 or 6 miles to raise money for this worthy cause.
The one mile starts at 11am, three miles at 11.30am and 6 miles at 11.30am.
Throughout the day there will be free entertainment and activites for children.
Available on the day will be a snack van providing hot and cold beverages and a selection of hot food.
There is an inside bar that will be open from 10.30am till 4pm and will offer a great range of drinks and snacks to keep you warm both before and after the race!
